Meet our friendly staff...

Drs. Okahara & Olsen are both from Hilo.  In fact, they met at Waiakea Intermediate School. They are both graduates from Waiakea High and attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa for their undergraduate studies then medical school.  After graduating from the John A. Burns School of Medicine, they moved to Seattle, Washington where they completed their residency in Family Medicine.  In 1999, they were fortunate to return to Hilo working at Straub Clinic.  In 2003, they began their private practice, Okahara & Olsen MD, Inc.

The goal of Drs. Okahara & Olsen's practice is to provide excellent medical care in a friendly & efficient setting. Their expansion into aesthetic services allows the physicians and their staff to help patients feel good both inside and out.
